One of the first people I met at my first BlogPaws conference had a sweet and wonderful old Italian Greyhound. I'd been thinking about getting a dog, and meeting Lucky showed me what kind of dog I wanted.
That was in 2011, and I adopted Toby not long after I got home from the conference. I've been to a couple more BlogPaws Conferences in the meantime, but for various reasons I haven't been able to take Toby with me…until now!
Tomorrow I'm getting in the car and heading to Nashville, Tennessee for BlogPaws 2015 and Toby is coming with me. He's not a big fan of riding in cars, so I got some nerve-calming medication from the vet so he'll sleep most of the way, I hope.
If you're going to BlogPaws, look for me and this goof head starting tomorrow evening.
