Average Jane in 10 Seconds

I’m leaving for BlogHer in just a few days, so per the advice of Mocha Momma, here’s 10 seconds (or so) worth of the Average Jane basics for anyone I might meet while I’m there:

I’ve been blogging since 2004.
I’ve attended every BlogHer conference so far.
I’ve been married for almost 13 years and we have three cats.
My real job is as an interactive copywriter at an advertising agency.
On the side, I am the lyricist and vocalist for an original metal band, as well as the vocalist for a classic rock cover band.
You should be able to recognize me this year by the blue streaks in my hair.

When I was in California I asked Sue who she was rooming with and she said your name and then followed with, “Average Jane. Remember her?” and I squealed, “Average Jane! Cool! I do remember her!”
Can’t wait to see you. And hear some sampling of that vocal stuff you talked about. 😉
