Judging by the fact that there’s a URL on the back (admittedly an inactive one, but still) I’m thinking this is too new to belong in an antique store. However, we also found this treasure (click to enlarge):
Yes, it’s the non-stop fun of the Stake a Homestead game! "A game based on the actual HOMESTEAD ACT." Whee! You really cannot make this stuff up.
