Sadly, I answered 9 of 10 correctly, which is truly amazing since I primarily listened to new wave and punk in the 80’s. But still, I must have heard each of those songs hundreds of times… at parties, dances, and in other people’s cars. Thinking about it makes me feel a little old. It is strange to think that I was 13 the first time I heard the Ramones. That was 1978–29 years ago–more than twice my age at that time.
