I spotted this in the gutter next to my car when I stopped at a deli for sandwiches on Tuesday night before band practice. There’s a hospital nearby, so I’m guessing someone (a med student? an intern?) had an "Oh, shit!" moment upon returning from lunch sometime this week.
If you were more hoity-toity, you could put this in a a gallery and describe how it symbolizes the decline of society or something.
